Hello! Nicole Robinson needs pictures of the outside of your location with the name of your library visible and a picture of your training area where the BTOP classes will take place. This is required for the BTOP grant. Please use your digital camera and take a picture of the BTOP training area and the outside of your building with the location name visible. If you have your equipment and have classes occurring, please take a picture of the room setup with equipment (if you are using laptops) before a class (no people in the pictures, please).
Please place your pictures on the G drive in the BTOP Training folder in the sub-folder called "BTOP Pictures NL Locations" (yes, I thought of that original name myself).
Please do this no later than April 12th.

Is there a preferred naming convention for the picture files?
Good question. I suggest that you use the name of the library and a description of the picture. For example: Stella Outside and Stella Computer Lab.
