Hello,
I have heard from a few managers that the NL Blog is not working correctly in Internet Explorer and Chrome. In our experience here at Central, some blogs work in Firefox even when the other two don't work. Let me know if you are having issues with our blog or your location blog here in the comments (assuming you can see it).
Here is the link to Sub requests if you can't get to the Substitute page.
Here is the link to the Sub survey and the person in charge survey.
Thanks,
Laurie

According to Google's "Blogger Help" page, this is the problem:
Sidebar shifts to the bottom of page
On occasion, one column (often the sidebar) will shift when the content contained within a side-menu or a post extends a column beyond its designated width. This behavior varies across browsers so the issue will not always occur when a visitor views your page. To resolve the problem we recommend reviewing the content in both columns to identify items that may be causing column expansion. In most cases, long links and wide images are the cause of the problem.
I tried changing the links on the South Belt blog to TinyURL links, but it still has the same layout issues. It may be an internal Google issue.

Thuy has been checking with blogger friends outside of HPL and they are also experiencing the same issues. She converted the blog to this template which seems to be working okay.
