Ivy Insiders - Meeting Room Booking

Greetings - It has come to our attention that Ivy Insiders are booking our meeting rooms to offer free SAT/ACT workshops. What they are doing instead is selling their services and trying to fill up their classes.

This group was barred from using our meeting rooms last year, so be very careful when booking any space for them to ensure Meeting Room policy is followed. The same group also never submitted their publicity for approval before distribution as mentioned in the rules for meeting room use.

This incident happened at the Looscan NL, and you may be getting requests from them as well.
