As a follow up to the manager's meeting yesterday, please complete the Facility Checklist every month and email to Elva Alvarez by the 10th of the month. When you open the file, you can click on File and Download As Microsoft Excel to open it as an Excel spreadsheet.
I mentioned that you could PDF the form, but for Elva to copy and paste your comments into an Excel spreadsheet for Karrington, it is better for you to send it in Excel. I have turned the "Wrap Text" on to the file on the blog so hopefully that will make it work better.
