Good Afternoon All,
As many of you have found out there have been some changes to Sprocket. The website has a new look that now offers more information for previously submitted Sprockets. With these changes we have slightly different submitting instructions. I have attached the new training sheet provided by GSD. In the event of any questions on submitting a work order please contact me directly of the GSD Call Center at 3-8400. I will be working with GSD and our own HPL Training to organize a training class. Please pass this information along to any staff that might have inadvertently been overlooked. And again if you have any questions please contact me as soon as possible.
Also, please continue to make the descriptions in your work orders as brief as possible.
