Fines - Update

Greetings - Please read below email from Fred Schumacher about forgiving fines until 10/31/08 and resume assessing fines effective 11/1/08

After some consideration, the ELT has decided that we will continue to forgive fines through the end on this month. HPL will resume assessing fines beginning November 1.
