Value Line Remote Access Issues

This note has been added to the Value Line description on database pages of the website: 

We are experiencing an issue with access to Value Line content from outside the library. If you receive an error message after clicking a link, please click your back arrow and click the link again.

It will be at least two weeks before the issue is completely resolved. Please convey this information to our customers. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Menu items and links (what you find under Find It, Learn & Explore, Research and Get Involved) have been updated based on staff and customer feedback. Please make a note of it. Send feedback to Virtual Library Services.
Update: Find It and Learn & Explore are not displaying some of the items properly in some versionf of Firefox, IE, Edge and Chrome. We are working on resolving this issue.

Learning Link--Launches October 3rd at 2pm at Carnegie!

Hello,

We are going to officially launch Learning Link on Monday, October 3rd at 2pm at the Carnegie Neighborhood Library and Center for Learning.  

The Learning Link Staff FAQ attached to this message is intended to guide you in working with customers who may have questions regarding what Learning Link is and how it can be used.  It’s a living document, so if and when situations arise that the document does not address, we’ll add to it.  Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the information in the FAQ so that you will be better able to assist students and parents who may need your assistance in using the account to access resources and collections. 

If you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me or Circulation Administration.  We’ll be happy to help you in any way we are able.

The FAQ will also be on the Resources page of the blog.
