Outcome Training

As promised in the CE Managers Meeting, here is the information about the two webinars for you to get the final two hours of training credit on outcomes.  They are posted on the Training Portal (http://training.houstonlibrary.org/archived-webinar) so you can view and make your comments there. This is mandatory for managers and assistant managers but optional for other staff.

Once you have viewed the webinars, you will need to make a comment on the Training Portal.  Your comment needs to include meaningful feedback or response to the webinars in order to get credit.  In addition, please email HPL Training (hpltraining@houstontx.gov) and your supervisor and Senior Manager to let them know that you have viewed the webinar and made a comment.  Please include your name, employee number, the name of the webinar, date viewed, and the number of training hours.  Training will then update the training database for the hours.

Here are direct links to the two webinars:

·         Project OutcomeUsing Survey Results to Influence Library Programming (http://training.houstonlibrary.org/node/567) – 1 hour
